Replace power shower 

Excellent service. Will use again.

Plumbing work 

Simon is a perfectionist. From the initial quote right through to completion of work, he arrived when he said he would, phoned when he said he would. He is extremely well organised, didn't keep disappearing for parts or constantly on his phone, didn't even stop for tea or lunch break. Works cleanly and calmly. He completed the work in the time frame he said. I am over the moon with my bathroom more than 100% pleased with final result. Would highly recommend Simon (Vybes Maintenance)

Remove built in wardrobes 

Would really recommended Simon, he was really friendly and turned up on time.
Finished the job really quickly and done a really good job.
We will definitely be using him again for any other future jobs.

Replacement of curtain tracks with poles 

Highly recommend. Simon fitted two curtain poles for me, it was a tricky job as the lintels are hard. He used his own screws to make sure the poles will stay in place, I was very impressed. Choosing someone to work in your home can be nerve wracking but Simon is friendly, professional and I will definitely contact him for future jobs.

Leaking shower running down wall downstairs 

Simon was a dream. Turned up ( a bonus in itself) diagnosed the issues and sorted it. Whilst there he did some other bits as well. Will definitely be using him again

Tap replacement 

Simon did a fantastic job . This should have been a simple task but because the taps he was replacing were very old, unexpected complications arose. Nevertheless Simon persisted, at one stage visiting a retailer to get further parts. I am really grateful and will certainly use him again, not leat because he offers a range of skills in addition to plumbing.

Shower cabin replacement 

Great service & communication. Simon took care of everything from order, removal to skilful installation of new shower cabin. Professional and very nice person. Thanks Simon !

Fitting mirror and pic frames 

Excellent job for an excellent price. Works well and quickly. Very pleasant. Will use again for all handyman jobs.

Small kitchen adjustment 

Found Simon to be 100% reliable . Called back promptly and although mine was a small job did not as many do dismiss it and all this for very reasonable rates came and fixed the problem I had. Totally professional . Would have no hesitation in recommending him. The phrase 'breath of fresh air' springs too mind.

Electric Shower - Water Temp & Pressure Issue 

Simon was quick at responding to our enquiry and was able to advise on what we needed to sort out our showers.
He then came in and fitted in a couple of hours and was able to give us more advice on the shower units we had bought. He was easy to speak to and did the work to a great standard. Highly recommend him!
